Anyhow Now here i Go with another grow My last was in soil this time Im trying DWC with hopes for bigger yeilds and pray im sucessful Im going to be depending on you guys for support and knowledge about DWC growing Thnx specs below... * ordered a Auto Skunk Mass but seed came cracked

!!!UPDATE!!!!
So 1 week in plants are looking ok not much to talk about yet except a few things. After I purchasing things to switch from soil to DWC grow...(drill, buckets, lids, pump, air hose, rock mediums etc) i had no money left over to buy a ph meter but I knew i was getting paid the very next friday which is today so Id get one however before i could already got my 1st deficiency *ON the roadrunner only More and likely because roadrunner is the only to have roots reach the water view pictures* on thursday 'Yesterday" when i checked them I add nutes for the first time to help. So first thing on my list of things to do when i woke this morning was buy a ph meter went to my local Hydro shop bought one for $40 digital but not waterproof came home Calibrated it which was alot simplier than i thought. Tested my water level because i went ahead and used tap water and read at 8.1 lol!!! So bright idea pops inside my head i thought ...I have to lower this shyt lol!! then i relized stupidly I had been to the hydro store and didnt get any Ph up and down smh. Checked time on my phone hydro store is closed. Besides growing another hobby of mine is cooking so I automatically knew i had some Lemon Juice I like to marinate my porkchops in lol. and I also knew Lemon juice is a safe way to lower ph temporarily So i added some...then some more...and a little bit more finally got my ph down to 5.4 on both Buckets Phew! Hopin to see my plants grow and get even more healthy now and In the A.M im going to hydro store to by the PH up and down to lower it properly! thanks for reading guys and suggestions let me know please!

Hello all So with the addition ofme buying a ph meter and some ph down I have sucessfuly stopped all deficiencies I mentioned on previous post. In all Actuality now that I have a ph meter growing DWC is pretty easy all I'm doing is checking my ph every 5 to 6 hours and adjusting to 5.3 which I found to be my favorite number lol. As far as adding nutes i follow the instructions on the flora series bottles and plants seem to like it and I have only been adding nutes once a week so far and also changing water out on the same day as adding nutes! I WILL SAY THIS DWC IS ALOT MORE WORK THAN SOIL!. that is for sure. have to monitor more often ...change water out every week , actually measure my nutes now ..and adjust ph everytime i change water and sometimes thru out the week but all in all Im excitied and grow is going very well so far!

Should have been done on thursday but I have been busy Welp Lots have happend but the biggest thin is my Road Runner 2 Died

. Im sure now you are wondering why? Welp one thing i hadnt mentioned in the Journel thus far is i was also conducting an expirement please read and heed what im about to disclose. So around the time i recieved the seeds for this grow I went to my local Hydro store for more supplies to run this DWC grow While there i asked If he had any hydroton because its the most popular Hydro medium He said no and informed me that the buisness that produced it went out of buisness and all the quote unquote "Hydroton" thats bein sold now online is from a different mine/cave and its been reported harmful chemicals from that mine/cave He also Claimed he did order some and it killed all his display plants so He now has a new rock medium to sell. I didnt know if he was telling the truth or if he just found a cheaper product to sell for the same price and make more money so i bought the new rock medium from him but also bought some hydroton from ebay. Just incase he was telling the truth i put the Think different In ony the Rock medium because the think different cost more and is more important and the roadrunner in te ebay hydroton in the pics you cant tell cuz i put the rock medium over the hydroton as i thoiught the rocks looked better lol Well Ill Be damn guess he was being honest cuz road runner mysteriously died! How do i know it wasnt me that killed the plant well..both dwc plants are side by side ..same temp...same amount of nutes ..and same PH level in other words same envoirment except for the mediums! So this is intresting im upset about the plant yes but this will deff not be my last grow so I collect myself and move on.

So besides my RoadRunner 2 dying Other two plants are looking good I am a little concern that my Think Differen doesnt look as big early off as some of the ever so famous grows ive seen on youtube but she does look healthy and she is ok size since she will be my only harvest within a month because of roadrunner dying and ch9 jack being a regular strain that will take longer to harvest. Im praying to atleast get 3oz from my think different and lookin at most other grows should be obtainable hoping for more but need atleast 3 We'll see She has already begun flowering i have little white hairs all over her another week or so and ill switch to the hps bulb! Oh and I Have already made my next purchase from attitude got 3 dinafem white widow auto's on the way Have read great things about them!! Im excited Im going to have them veggin in closet while think different flowers in bathroom lol. Goin back to soil for that grow however ,i will pick up DWC when i move into a bigger space an can grow more plants and can afford to have some fail less plants means less to spare.
