New Grower 2nd grow new setup! open to suggestions

Hi everyone and any one!
This is my 2nd grow now and have purchased a new setup
Now iv gone for a stealth pc grow box the dimensions are 456x225x478 (mm) (depth-width-heigh) and I'm aware it has 30w clf blue and a 30w cfl red (one at a time) I'm going to be going for auto lowryders for obvious reasons! I have done lots and lots of research and have decided on biobizz all mix soil with biobloom bio heaven and topmax for the nutes although there is so much diffrent advice given on how much to use and this is what I need help with! I'm goin to use bottled mineral water! Now these are the questions I have lol
1. What size pots do u recomend with the dimensions of grow box?
2.Are my nutes cool for these plants?also schedules?
3.What strain do u recommend highest yield and potency?
4. Anything input will be greatly appreciated

Welcome to AFN!
Sounds like a stealthy cab at that size! I've made one of those myself in the past

1) Probably a 6 litre pot - you're going to be limited for plant height once you get the pot in there so it would be a good idea to look into LST and plant training methods

2) Your nutes are cool - i'll grab you a great link about biobizz and nute usage. As for the soil - i started on Allmix, but moved to Light mix because it's better for autos. (imo)

3) Strainssss There's lots of awesome strains about - check out our monthly competitions and smoke reports to find something tasty I'm currently loving DP AutoWhite Widow - mine grew small and stocky and would've been fine for your area.

Erm yer I have the carbon fans attached so no worrys ther
Idealy I was looking to get 2 in there on a rotation but diff strains!
It does come with the sog mesh inside and was prepared to do lst no probs
But do you think 2 in the box is pushing it?
Thanks for the nute advice although you have worried me about changing from all mix to low mix will I need to change my nutes at all if I change the soil? Iam going to be ordering nutes and soil tonight as iv just got my first payment of birthday money lol only amazon vouchers but defo comes in handy! Lol and don't worry pics will be up soon I'm just doing as much research as possible but I have got everything on its way so its only a matter of time till I'm setup to grow

Nah dont worry about that. It's still biobizz soil (called light mix) - it just doesn't contain such heavy nutes that can sometimes burn a seedling. The biobizz grow and bloom nutes will still be fine for it.

Ok kool thanks for the advice that's what I read so I was hoping not to feed at least till week 3-4 and never go by what the nutes say give it I read giving abit less is best soooo I'm hoping that will work!
I thought orignally to go for allmix coz its feeds it itsself so that too me sounded appealing I am however going to seed in jiffy pellet then put the pellet in soil after the soils had its 36 hours to warm up and what not! That was my first and only idea is that kool to do? I mean the seed will just grow and the pellet surley wil disolve or just mix in with the soil right?

Also sorry to be a pain do you think I could get 2 strains in the box at same time with a month apart from eachother?

Yeah thats one way - some people sow the seed into an expanded moist jiffy and then put in a propogator for a week or so before sowing to soil. if you're going to put the jiffy into soil, you may want to cut to top third off a coke bottle (1.5 or 2 litre) and use it as a humidity dome for the first week.

Another germination method which is pretty safe for new growers is to pop your seed in a glass of water until it sinks (12-24 hours) and then poke a hole about 1cm down, pop the seed in and lightly cover - srpay the area so its moist - spray the inside of the humidity dome and pop it over where the seed was.

spray "lightly" only once a day over the area. it will take between 5-7 days to pop up from soil - Don't mess with the area until it pops. If it arrives sooner it's a bonus and if it takes much longer, it may not be happening (but thats never happened yet to me) - ideal temps for getmination are about 80f

Not really dissolve but the roots will grow through and keep growing

In that space, i doubt it, but take a view on it after a months grow of the first one - my feelings are that you will probably need all the space to tie down your branches so you don't grow into your light .. that will take the space up!
