I'd go to 6 foot High if you can some strains grow tall
Critical kush auto.. Tall. Tight nuggets. Good size. Amazing smell.
Blue amnesia xxl auto... Tall. Good all day smoke nice smell and taste good yield, lighter more airy buds.
Diesel auto... Pretty tall. Lovely buds and quite big.
Pineapple express auto I messed up so was short. Low yield not great smoke.

I took y’alls advice and took it to an inside height of 6’. I figured after I hang the light, that should give me plenty of room for automstrains and others if so chosen. I plan on a SCroG setup but will see as I go along.

You have made the right decision In my opinion.
I always think .. Taking into account the hight of plant pot plus the hight of the light from the roof. Even with light at roof at hight of pots gives you 4foot plus for hight of plants.

Yeah, I thought it might be better to have a little too much height than not enough. ;-)
