4 la divas showing deficiencies and droopy leaves whats wrong

Im using
Canna coco
Canna a+b
Rhizo
Greatwhite
Ushio 600 mh
Temps stay within 79-72 degrees
Humidity is 50% or higher..
Last feeding was just under 300 ppms rhizo and a+b
They are 24 days old and only 4.5 inches for the tallest plant smallest is 3.25 inches
The new growth on top does not show nitrogen deficiencies the bottom leaves are yellowing and starting to get what almost looks like rust spots.. Help! I know these wont get to big but i need to know how to correct this for next time this is the second time this has happened with this coco and nutes..

I just started 4 russian rocket fuels using my old nutes wich gave me a very successful grow..
sunshine advanced # 4
Flora nova grow
Flora nova bloom
I will still use the canna boost accelerator and pk 13/14 and also blackstrap molasses
on my good grow i used the advanced medium instead of canna and im hoping for different results..
Help me not ruin my next batch lol
