Indoor 420 FastBuds Original Blueberry auto + Twenty20 Mendo Trizzlers Solo

Day 70
Still just pH’d distilled water to the finish, started chilling it before watering. Will try to get some trich shots if I can steady my loupe and phone LOL. Really nice trichome development on the Blueberry, pretty darn sticky lady! Pretty long stalks you can see without a loupe and solid density for an auto. Mostly all cloudy on the Blueberry touch of amber, the Trizzlers still has some amber but mostly cloudy still.

Trizzlers F2 auto - Day 77 - off with her head!
Hey AFN, been a busy AF couple of weeks but let’s get caught up. The Trizzlers F2 autoflower by Twenty20 Mendocino @Twenty20 Adam ended her Solo cup adventure at day 77. Not a great yield, but i’m happy to have gotten something off my first Solo cup grow! Dried for 5 days in a shoe box, I poked holes and used clips to hang the buds in the closed box. Been sitting in a Grove bag, having to burp daily as the humidity jumps to 68-70% when closed. Once it stabilizes at 60-62% i’ll take out the little hygrometer and heat seal :woohoo1:

Wet weight: 42 g
Dry weight: 7.5 g
Aroma in tent: Was funky candy smell early on, then at the end was subtle melon (cantaloupe or honey dew).
Aroma in bag: Rotting papaya or mango funk! Dank fermenting fruit, just not berries like I got with Whiskey Zulu but damn I’ll take it!

420 FastBuds Original Blueberry - Day 77 & 84
Hey AFN growmies, the forgotten update to the 420 FastBuds Original Blueberry. Very light feeder, was about 2.5 weeks of water only by day 84 and still growing slow and steady. Was still some clear and heading mostly cloudy. Running only the HLG 100 Rspec overhead with short (10-30 min) UV exposure at midday.

Well let’s wrap this harvest up finally! 420 FastBuds Original Blueberry auto came down at Day 97 after a couple days of darkness. Yielded 93.93 g (3.3 oz) of some good sized buddles and about a half oz of trim for washing. Not much smell coming off her yet and didn’t take any trial buds, but she’s pretty frosty and dense! Turned out to be a solid cultivar for my small space @Fast Buds Heather  did a light wet trim, let dry a few days, then finished trimming. Let the buds sweat a day and into Grove bags for a 3 month cure.

Thanks for checking out the grow AFN growmies!

Was nice watching them grow. Enjoy your fruits!

I miss watching them grow, LOL! Too hot during summer in the little spare space my tent is set up…so I live vicariously through you awesome growmies these months! Thanks for stopping in throughout the run @throxic

Finally got around to washing the trim. Forgot to weigh but it was around a half ounce from @Fast Buds Heather Blueberry (mostly) and Trizzler. Trim was cured for almost three months in a Grove bag.

Sandwiched between two layers of ice and water in 1 gal full mesh bags. I put them in a metal paint can to keep things chilly.

Did four washes, 5 minutes stirring each wash. Top row is 25-72 micron, middle 73-119 micron, and bottom is 120-219 micron washes.

B31FE882-97BF-4186-9947-AFC61C9E619A.jpeg

Since I was working with so little input I combined the washes by quality. Fold over my 25 micron drying mesh to press out moisture.

Finally off to dry. I put them on parchment paper in tupperware containers.

After a couple weeks drying/curing they’re ready to go into jars. Only had two left and wasn’t a lot of the 25-72 micron, so I combined the 25-72 and 73-119 micron washes.

First to weigh was the 120-219 micron hash. Got 0.25 g

The 25-119 micron hash was just above 0.75 g.

Assuming I had 14 grams trim input, a 1 gram (7% return) yield of quality has ain’t bad in my book. I then take the washed trim and feed it to my outdoor plants, so what would otherwise be waste gives me smokeable hash and biomaterial for my outdoor plants…that’s Charlie Sheen level winning!
:headbang:

I have a bunch of washed material ranging from almost a year in jar to this newer stuff. Can’t wait to get my lazy ass French pressing some baby cannolis and see what I learn!!!
