When I get in a plant funk I pump the soil with root growth enhancer. Many good ones out there I use roots organics Oreganismxl 
Such a shame that these didn't take and start growing...

....this has def been "the year of the pygmy photoz" for me the skunk hero 22 (back right) is 81d old & the tallest at a whopping 28" sad thing is the flip will be happenin in jus another week or so, lol but meh, whatcha gonna do & the slowtrain rollz on, choo-choo! ppp
it'z all bein made up for now tho, with cloudy dayz & 5-1/2" of rain so far this month 
i still think when all is said & done, it was/is a soil issue of some kind or other i'll jus start over next year with a new batch of soil....and hope ppp
