Lst advice needed!!!!

Never done lst before so some input on these 2 would be nice? One is big Buddha cheese and one la diva, any advice is very much appreciated

looking good so far. They should bend pretty easily, looks like you're doing it right and could even tie down the second node at this point. Are those 1 gallon containers? May not need to LST them much if they stay smallish.

Thanks for your post, yeah 1gal pots, just trying for a bit more yield and have been told it helps the buds get even light and pack on weight?
