I'm prepping for my first harvest :-)

Plants look good. Lots of trichs glittering under the light. Hairs are turning orange. I'm watching trichs for changeover to cloudy. I found one patch that looks amber in pics (see below).

Should I start looking for some more mature buds to cut and start drying those? Too soon?

Others may offer a better bit of advice, but if it were me, I would now start a flush and a period of darkness to bring the girls to an end.
Best o luck teaz, you look to have done a fine grow. Well done my friend.

Thanks! Trust me, I'm more than ready to bring them finish.

Just don't want to rush it if they aren't ready. I don't see a lot of cloudy, but I've been mostly looking on lower buds. I might have to get selective and try to find the buds that are ready and leave the rest to ripen just a little further?

If it were me to be completely honest, I would probably give her another feed before a good 2 week (at least!) flush. To me that girl still looks like she'll put on some weight!! I would give her at least 3 weeks if I were you. I know that she's supposed to be a "60" day auto, but don't always go by what the seedbanks say. Most of the time, they can tell you a fairly close harvest time. But let's face it, all plants are different. Some just need a little extra time so that she lives you with a perminant grin AKA... Permigrin!!! :Gary:

Good luck with her bro!! :Sharing One:

bigdogg - I think you're on target here. I was afraid to feed one more time, but they probably would have taken it. I'm feeding straight distilled water now and they're drinking it up and still growing :-).

I trimmed a few buds from the bottom that were just drying up and never got very big anyway. It was a good way to test my drying methods and practice for a bigger trim come harvest time.

Looks pretty close to me. Start that flush and when there's at least half cloudy you're ready to chop. :D

60 day Lemon Auto - Day 76 Update

Two plants in this grow. Getting very close. I'm watching trichs daily to see if they turn cloudy.

Funny thing--two plants, both from DNA Genetics 60 Day Lemon seeds, but one is very tall and scraggly and the other is short, fat, and lush. I rotated them around the room and both got equal light. I think the genes on these two are just a little different. One is looking more Sativa and the other more Indica. Could be fun if that's true.

They're only getting distilled water now after a flush last week with FloraKleen. The tall plant is sucking up nutes from the fan leaves now. You can see them turning yellow.

The short plant is still nice and dark green, but the trichs look more advanced on that one. I clipped a bud from there today to dry and test.
