Lighting 90cri vs 80cri

90 CRI dry yield was 179g. From 240W COBs. That's 0,74 GPW. In hydro.

From 250W HPS I harvest 190g. With autos and not fully packed tent (I could easily put 2 more autos in). Also have temps above 33°C all grow. And that was my first grow in soil.

Through you I will be getting me some 8 x 1216 CRI90 chips on 2 x HLG185-1400b drivers.
This will go into a 4x4 tent a 3-2-3 setup
(Number of plants to be grown - still to be decided)
Will be completing my current light by adding an additional 2 as I only have (2 x 1212 CRI80 on 1 x HLG185-1400b driver)
Dont know what I will do with this panel though Wife would probably kill me if I buy two tents
But cant be wasting that money and not using them lights...
Perhaps mount them in the family room ceiling Dim them right down when it is movie time or something

You could also dismantle your first rig and make a 3*3*3 setup.. 3 per 185-1400... Or use it as side lighting during flower.. Rotating it around the tent every few days... Im sure u will find a use for it... Theres always waking the kids up early on Saturday with 100w of cobs... Hahaha..

No offense here, at my parents old place, we had plenty stop by our house, and homeless people knocking at the door...

Staying in a complex now, none of that happens so yeah - kinda mean but yeah, we all kinda have our own problems to deal with...
Was going to think of perhaps getting a small tent for the 200watter, and a photo strain in there.
I do like my Autos a lot, so will dedicate the big tent for them

This was only 1 plant on either side.. This was not a g/watt demonstration, this experiment was strictly for comparisons on color rendering index... There are numerous threads on 1.5+g/watt with cobs..
