Last September I bought an AC Infinity 4x4 tent. It came with everything as per assembly instructions, which by design had one "E" bar, top ceiling bar.
A few weeks ago, I downloaded the PDF for my tent from their website and it now shows my tent as having two "E" bars. Apparently they did a redesign. And you can never have too many ceiling bars to hang stuff.
Long story short, I emailed them that my tent only came with one bar, and they had another bar shipped to me within a week.
Great service, and I'm hoping if anyone out there has the one bar design like me, this will inform you, you can get another bar.
