A CLEAR explanation on how to make Feminized auto seeds ?

Cheers dudes&dudettes!
Can someone please show me where to find an easy&understandable thread,site or whatever,
on how to make your own fem auto cannabis seeds with STS? Thank you a 10000times!
Yeah,have done my research - but what i find is pretty shallow and unclear,really!
I just might be dumb.

OR:

I think it is like this; simplified -
1. Choose a suitable female.
2. Mix& spray STS on her, as instructed on the bottles/package.
3.. The female grows pollen sacks.
4. Use that pollen on whatever female you want.
5. The resulting seeds will be feminized.

Update:
It seems there must be some finetuning of the timing,
since autos are quick,and the STS will be applied several times,
( some weeks,yes? ) Need details about that....
