A Garden Of Goodies

Man i love those Dragons, are they all the same strain?

Yeah man, they're all Stone Dragon regs from the Portal. The taller one has really unique shape to the bud leaves. Here she is today

I trimmed off more fans to get light and air in there. All three plants seem to have that deep earthy smell. There was a little citrus in the background too but now the smell is mostly earth and carrots.

I got these seeds about 6 months ago. The Stone Dragons currently in the portal are a mix of all the phenos worked since 2012, being the green, red, yellow, Purple and black phenos. Those are regs too. Blackstone is the improved, line of the black pheno. I think it's fems only, and not in stock for a couple months. I haven't tried it yet but got one freebean of her for later.

I've got a couple more Stone Dragons in the dirt now, hoping for some dudes to dust with.

Awesome man i got me some stone dragons too. I cant wait to give them a try. Will you be doing any smoke reports come harvest?

Yep, loving your dragons here too man. Definitely got to do some next time

Thanks again for all the likes, guys. I'll definitely put up a smoke report at some point, or at least a lil feedback here in the journal to start with, but I almost never smoke any for at least a month of cure, so it'll be awhile. I'll maybe smoke one bowl in the meantime, and of course the scissor goo.

I still have some jars from last year to tide me by, and some buds gifted to me by another medical grower so I'm never worried about running out, and don't go through it that fast to be honest.

They're doing well, I'm starting to see a little bit of swell. The Ripley's has a very nice tropical fruit smell, very sweet and appealing with a rotting fruit smell background. A very enticing smell.

Gave them both a top drench of the Nectar bone meal liquid with carbs and mycos. The Blackberry leaves look good as they are but the Ripley's shows more hunger so I hit it a little stronger. I'm happy how they look at this point, no complaints.

Bug activity has been pretty mild so far. I check them over several times a day for caterpillars and remove any that I may find. I did source a bacterial product (Bt-k) and sprayed them once about a week or so ago. Looks to have helped, I did later see some turning black and mummified in the following days. I was debating whether or not to spray again but the problem seems minimal, really, and I just continue spot checking and removing any baby ones by hand. Not a big deal. I've only ever found like 2 on the Ripley's OG, moths didn't like the smell I guess.

Not much mite activity either. I see them on the rose bushes like last year but they don't really bother my ganja. Just a few leaves with activity but it's really nothing. I do have some Nuke Em from Flying Skull, which is basically just citric acid and yeast. I went ahead and sprayed the Thai as a preventative.

I removed the one pet bug dude last week and he hasn't made his way back -- he started chomping a sun leaf on a main cola and wore his welcome out. Lol.
