A Garden Of Goodies

Oh yeah! Thats a great idea there. Then just blend the frozen canna juice with something and your good. I wonder what it tastes like?

Lol, couldn't resist

Hey Mediscrogs. I've been juicing but just mixing nice leaf and immature buds with other juices from carrots and apples. I'm using a regular juicer so I can't put in too much cannabis. It does make some wonderful green juice. I keep fresh picked cannabis in the fridge in a closed Tupperware container and it keeps for a week or so prior to juicing.

I know you'll ask how my Copacabanas are doing so I'll tell you in advance. They're at about day 170 and getting closer to harvest. Pistils are still mostly yellow. They could go another couple of weeks but the bit of rain we've had is taking it's toll. I don't know how Stitch can say the strain has mold resistance?

Oh geeez, ranch dressing soda! I may have to pass...

I wonder if a touch of fresh aloe in the canna juice would provide any benefit?

I was telling my friend about juicing and he was actually interested! He has a brain tumor, not harmful when it was last checked, but he quit getting it checked the stubborn ass. So we may be juicing a trial run at the end of this grow.

Yeah, cool guys, I found there's a book out about juicing it from someone that recovered from lupus with juicing, I'll probably get that book and take a look. It does sound like a food processor or blender may work better for buds, while a juicer will help with leaves.

@Dudeski , if juicing is an option for your friend, I say go for it, for sure.

@squatty hey my brother, you know I want to see some pics, I'm sure we all do . Lol.
Have you tried smoking some quick samples yet? She may not look done but I'll wager they're more potent than they look. I hope it's enjoyable for you, looking forward to hearing your feedback.

As per mold resistance. ...yeah, his catalogue actually says does well in wet climates, so I think he meant the plant grows well with "wet feet"...but yeah, we all assume it will be mold resistant but it's not, actually. I feel the description of the strain is misleading in this sense, also it is not a good evening med either unless you need to stay awake, it is not suitable for sleep IMO.

But yeah, I definitely want to hear how these phenos are smoking for you, hope you enjoy them man

Hey MediScrogs. No I haven't smoked any yet. I've just been pruning and tossing some small tops with caterpillars.
I got some bti and sprayed a bit in the heat of the day today and I'm letting some ladybugs and green lacewings go in the plants tonight. Hoping I can let them go another week or two. Aloha.

These are the Stone Dragon crosses I made with g14 and Night Queen. [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] male and #2-g, g stands for " grapefruit " smell so I can remember what's what.

The queen was a finicky plant and not impressive to me in any way in terms of growth or effects. It's got a decent stone, sure, but doesn't really do anything special for me. Probably not a good choice for breeding, but it was there and I had the pollen, they'll be back up seeds for now, or maybe for a Johnny Potseed walkabout some time....

The g14 has been pleasant to smoke so far, it's got some orangeyness to it, and is soothing, stress and anxiety relief. I like it, good potency but high is only an hour or so duration--kind of average in my book. But the soothing effects are in a similar vein with SD, just lacking the medical power of the body stone in the dragons...but will be fun to see what these look like in a future grow as the 2 strains should be complimentary effects, we'll see!

Going to let these air dry another few weeks before storing in the fridge. Looks like maybe 60 or 70 each of the g14 cross, and more like 30 or so each of the NQs, for whatever reason the pollination was less successful on the queen, but plenty enough eggs to play with
