A Garden Of Goodies

Yeah, I dunno, I think she may still survive and grow new roots, and I'll eventually get her outside. I foliar fed her a bit stronger yesterday and I think it's coming back around. I'll get into the tent here in a bit and see what's going on. She's definitely a favorite smoke so I'm not giving up on her yet.

Here's the tent today:

Looks like good news all around. Stone Dragons continue on a good track, and the Muay Thai is coloring up some and continues growing. I think some enzymes would be good for her, I hadn't planned to use any this run but I'll go ahead and grab some.

Here's some outdoor pics of the Ripley's OG and blackberry :

They're okay but flowering seemed to stall a little. I changed the res, it's been 100 degrees last two days, and it was a little smelly in there.

I pretty much expected a hydro - organic reservoir to be problematic so no big surprise here. Roots were looking a little slimey. I think because the plants have soil roots as well that are presumably doing fine, it was covering up the root discomfort in the res. I think this took some energy away from flower development.

The current batch of soil is going to be a lot closer to full strength than this batch, so I hope to get the benefits of good soil and automatic watering without the roots getting to the reservoir so early on the next round.

Anyway, I'll try and keep things healthy and see how they fare.

Here's Ripley's OG:

Thanks for looking in, comments, complaints, and feedback always welcome.

Hello Mediscrogs, love your tomatoes (and everything else.) My tomatoes are waaaay behind yours.

I'm pulling for your Muay Thai as that's kind of how I got here. I've been pouring over your last years grow looking at the MT and the Copacabana.

I've got two copacabanas that have been outside since early May. Mine are not nearly as full as yours was and their long branches have me a little concerned. Did you end up enjoying the copa high?

Thanks for all your documentation.

Thanks, squatty, that's very cool. Those super autos are beasts. The yield per days of growth is killer.

Copacabana was a nice grower but I was disappointed with the type of high. Makes me feel amped like I've had too much coffee. It's a very long-lasting effect too, even with a later harvest. Not what I was looking for in a buzz. I've hardly smoked it as a result. Maybe for you will be something you'll like. I thought about trying some other Flash supers like Missile 33 or Octopussy, but I really do like the Thai that much.

Watch your humidity and stuff at the end as the Copacabana seems a little susceptible to bud rot. Hope they do well for you, are you doing a journal? :pass:

And the tomatoes, I ordered starts from Territorial Seed in Cottage Grove, Oregon this winter, and received them here at the end of April, already hardened off and well established. Check them out for next year, they'll send you a nice catalog and it's only like $3.50 per plant or something.

Well worth it as starting tomatoes from seed seems to take forever to get them going.

I am not doing a journal. My camera battery is not charging and I keep procrastinating on dealing with it...

I'll keep an eye on the copacabanas at the end. They should be finishing in early August some time but I'm up near Portland so we'll see. Somebody else was saying the copacabanas can mold also. Interesting that Stitch says they are, "Ideal for growing in wet climates." I did have some mold in my Erdpurt last year but that was in October.

Bummer about the copacabana high. I was recently reading that some people have experienced a decrease in some of the unwanted effects in their sativas over long term aging. I have never grown sativas like these so I'll have to wait and see what it's like. I will let them go as long as I can.

I should have started my tomatoes earlier but I don't have much room for indoor plants and i guess my priorities were to start the cannabis. I may have to check out the seed company for next year.

I've got some Muay Thai seeds as well but they will have to wait.

Aloha

Yeah, ideal in wet climates...I figure he meant it will grow in wet soil. Lol. I do think the aging of the buds helps, along with a late harvest, but who knows, it may affect you differently, I just didn't care for the high. It's very potent and long lasting though!

Here's a quick update :

Muay Thai is looking better everyday. I continue to foliar feed and I trust her roots are getting healthier. I trimmed off a couple older leaves and secondary shoots off the bottom and splayed her open.

The outdoor plants are doing well, flowering looks to have resumed with a cleaner reservoir and they both look great, just have to feed the Ripley's a little stronger and they're golden.

I took an evening photo so I could get some flash on. Here's the Blackberry :

Thanks for checking them out :jointman:
