A Garden Of Goodies

nah never tried them..LOL monkey balls?LOL!

Yeah, funny name. It's a nice smooth photoperiod indica. I think Hazeman seeds had seeds of it for sale last year. No idea where or how long ago the patient I know got his cut, but it's a fantastic medical strain, you've got to try it if you run across it.

Yeah, I'll try that next watering tomorrow, maybe some dilute nutes too, I've got biobizz bloom and the Nectar series bone meal solution.

Do you find the SDs are particularly hungry feeders?

oh and dont forget the cabrs, they bad gals love them some cal mag and carbs.rice wash works lovely on them BIGTIME!!

Thanks for the advice, Eyes. You ever make a wash with millet by chance? It's got high levels of B vitamins in it, also calcium and complete proteins. Funny, it's most popular in chicken feed, but is thought to be one of the only single grains that could sustain human health if it were the only thing you ate (buckwheat being perhaps the other, although that was an old study and may not have considered quinoa ).

Anyway, I'll put some rice on the shopping list.

I used some millet soaked overnight to water the Dragons, added those nutes I mentioned with some humics, carbs, and calcium. They were already looking better today before I fed, as the roots get deeper into the soil, but the extra nutes should be a boon.

Thanks, yeah, the plants in the octopots are getting good size. The structure is different though in that the branches and shoots tend to be thin and long even though there's plenty of light intensity. I think I've seen this before with some other hydro grows here where the plants get big but lanky. The Blackberry has pretty sturdy branches but the Ripley's OG has some that are too long and flimsy, and will have to be supported I think.

Checking the weather, I think those octopots are going outside tomorrow and we'll see what they can do. I will probably start adding some silica and see if they'll firm up a bit. It's just in time in there as it's getting crowded, and it's high time to put the Muay Thai into an octopot.

Thanks again for stopping by and checking them out :smokeout:
