Alright! Finally making a journal!
I had some mishaps and lost my first two, but I replanted, and now have my 2 girls growing good. First up is my GC! Got a tear when I was checking for bugs.. Oops.

And next up, the GSC, only a few days old.

I'm growing in fabric pots with coco, random brand off of amazon. Thought it was causing problems before but I think the problem was me.
Going to start my nutes for the GC today. [I was going to do it the other day but uh.. went to a wedding and had a bit too much to drink. Next day was much less fun]
I have them under my DIY LED's made with bridgelux eb 4k strips.
Grow chicks, grow!

Looks like you're off to a great start. You certainly chose good breeds to grow. Keep us updated.
Thanks, did a lot of research on strains, I have a stupidly high tolerance, haha. Will keep ya posted! I'm addicted to taking pictures so I may as well show them off.

Welcome spiffyfox

Looking good so far, it's hard to believe that GC hasn't had any nutrients yet. Usually if I'm a little bit slow in getting nutrients in Coco my plants suffer tremendously.

I wonder if there might have been some nutrients already in that Coco, it's kind of hard as hell with off brands.

They said it was treated so maybe, it's 2 weeks. Started the nutrients today (I'm a procrastinator) and she's loving it she did have calmag before hand, but not the rest.
My fan managed to blow the little bottle top on top of the other one so she stretched some. Oops. XD she's fine though, standing up and growing good.

You do have quite a bit of stretch on them new seedling, usually that means you need to lower your light a little bit and increase air flow with an oscillating fan. You can also get yourself some clay Pebbles that are used in Hydro wash the heck out of them and then fill them fill up the rest of your pot. You can fill up to just below the first-round leaves that'll help keep bugs out of your cocoa and it will help prop the little seedlings up.
