Brothers and Sisters,
Tomorrow is Veterans Day in the United States. I wanted to take a moment to stand up and honor my father that served in Vietnam, my grandfather that served in WWII, and my great uncle that served in the Korean War as well as my two cousins that served in Iraq and Afghanistan.

I would also like to thank each and every one of you that have served your country where ever it may be and whenever it may have been. For those that volunteered and those that were drafted. Those that took it upon themselves to ensure freedom for all. Those that allow us to lay our heads down at night and know there is a shepherd watching the wolves. My utmost respect to each and every one of you.

Also, to those that have given the ultimate sacrifice along the way. Your sacrifices will never be forgotten.

For those that serve today and those that have family members in foreign countries. Those that can't sleep at night worrying about their sons and daughters, husbands and wives.

I have no words to explain my gratitude to all of you veterans. All that I can offer is a heart felt thank you and my utmost respect. Not just on Veterans Day but every day. Your sacrifices will not go unnoticed and never be forgotten.

Amen

Not only is today Veterans Day in the US, it is also Remembrance Day in Canada and the rest of the Commonwealth nations. To all my fellow veterans, no matter where you hail from, a heart felt thanks for your service.

We salute you!

I remember meeting my Dad at the pier(Navy), I think it was '70, I'll never forget the fact that I didn't quite remember him, but I still knew him.
Many thanks to all the Vets, my Missus included, and to the families that stood strong through hard times and supported them. And us.
God Bless.

Thank You to all who served and thier families.
