You want top bin chips as well. To compare Cree chips of different bins.

Lumens per watt is a good comparison between the same color, but when choosing 3000k 90cri($10 chips I linked you on cutter) the LER(maximum lumens for the spectrum) is lower(276 to 324). Lm/w divided by this LER is our efficiency %. So a lower lumen per watt may offer a higher umol/j when comparing the 2 spectrum. The top bin 90cri 3000k cxb2530 would be more efficient than bottom bin 3070s.
Comparing say cxa3070 z2 bin(140lm/w) to cxb2530(126lm/w) is actually 43.2% efficiency for the 3070, and 45.6% efficiency for the 2530.
So
@A-Train you're wanting to use 2 drivers and fans? I don't know if you figured I'd it the fan output yet, but I'd leave them alone and use the fans. Not sure if something needs to be on that Chanel if you remove the fan. You definitely want 2 x 36v chip on your driver. Series wiring Red to positive, negative of that chip to positive of the second, then negative on the second chip to driver. The same 2 wires that went to the led board for each driver.
Kapton tape and arctic silver 5 works fine but if you're drilling and tapping holes you can grab solder less holders on cutter too. And if you can place the fan directly on the heatsink and have it blowing you get the most efficiency out of your cooling. (Cooler leds are more efficienct)
4 of those leds, 2 drivers, should get you a total ppf output of ~207. I'd guess 1.8-1.9umol/j at the wall.
