Beautiful leaf colouring on the PAK..you see what I mean she would be a Good one for BlackDragon.
She has almmost as much underleaf colour and it darkens..

I Love the Pinks leaf..def on list to hyb..

Man the purple of that paki is awesome. Im curious what humidity do you dry at that you are worried about mold in the big cola. Because I got a huge cola on my girl right now so might be in same situation . I use 50 to 60%

I'm running around 50% in my grow tent, which is on the high side for flowering. But I have lots of air flow so I don't think I'll have a problem with mold while growing. But when drying I am dependent on the ambient conditions since I don't have air conditioning or a dehumidifier, and I have concerns because it's been pretty humid around here lately. And it's a problem that can't be solved with air flow, since that will just overdry the outside of the buds while leaving the insides full of moisture. The cola on that Snowryder is getting really heavy and I'd hate to lose some of it...

johny its not what humidity he's drying at, its that that eNORmous cola holds a ton of moisture, which is a haven for mold/fungus. As they say, the bigger the bud, the more problematic they can be..but if you can keep problems at bay~my oh my its nice to have a FATTY cola!

Yeah, that's pretty much it, growbe. I highly recommend the PAK, though make sure you've got the time since this girl will finish flowering whenever she's damn well ready!

Thanks, Dub! It's been over 3 weeks since the SR got a feeding, so I don't know where she's getting the energy to keep cranking out new calyxes. On one hand I wish I had kept nutes going a little longer, but then again I don't really need this plant going 4+ months. :smoke:

Looking real good Andy! So, since this grow is coming to a end. What's your opinion on the BadBoy compared to your other T5 rig?

There's absolutely a big difference in the size and density of the buds compared to my old T5 fixture (cheap Hydrofarm). The return on investment has been excellent. I do have a problem with one of the ballasts on my fixture, but from what I've read this seems to be very rare. Any product can have a problem, but the company has been responsive and will take care of it for me. The only reason I haven't swapped it out yet is my busy schedule, and even going from 6 bulbs to 4, the plants are doing great.

+ Rep Andy on a fine grow. I'm loving the overhead of the PAK. Reminds me of fall up in the mountains. Beautiful. :thumbs: on a job well done. Very nice pictures as well.

Amazing branchy PAK

Hey Andy, have you sampled it yet? Mine started to amber yesterday at day 79 and I took a sample buds - purple one (like yours) gives very energetic high but the white/pink one knocks my ass off and feels very narcotic - I'll chop her soon perhaps, how is yours?

The PAK is just as pretty as any ornamental flowers I have growing in my yard.

The more we make them Look like Flowers..the easier they are to Hide in plain view...:thumbs:

I'm trying to imagine how your plants would look if you were not traveling so often. You've grown them so well while being away so often and so long... How would they look if you spoiled them? Great work. You're gonna have a few more jars of some pretty awesome bud soon and I am really happy for you. That PAK is amazing. I'd love to help you harvest that girl!

You know, you raise an interesting point. I have had a couple of minor setbacks due to not being around to catch deficiencies as early as I'd like, but overall I tend to prefer a 'tough love' approach with the girls. Especially when it comes to watering, I make them work for every drop. I was concerned about sometimes not getting to water them for 4+ days, but they've done just fine. Better than fine, actually. Sometimes I think if I had the plants right there next to me where I was checking in all day every day, I'd probably screw them up by doing to much instead of just letting them grow.

I tried a little popcorn bud around day 70 and it was a very immature, up high. As of now I'm not seeing much amber but the trichs are cloudy. I need to do another test soon...
