Advice please

Hi,
I'm very new to growing but would prefer to be organic. I'm about to start a grow using compost and cow manure. I can get the compost from a place that "makes" it locally to me in France, I get a trailer load for £28. It's what I use in my veg garden. I get the cow manure from my neighbour who, luckily, is a cow farmer.
I was going to mix it 66% compost to 33% manure.
Is there any thing else that I should consider. I'm intending to use tap water, from what I've read I don't need to worry too much about ph.
Should I think about adding any nutrients?

well,I guess the first query is,is that cow manure been composted? gonna have to be if not. takes some time to be done proper.also, you are going to need to source flower foods and better veg foods too. for canna grows its a little more ferts than a simple tomato plant really. so for best performance is going to need several additives tbh.
