Alfalfa enzyme Tea

I have been mucking around with this , Ya read stuff and go oh yer . Then you do a bit of home work and think , Ok lets see . The first time I did not take photos , but this time I did . They are before and after and the plants are Chinese Cabbage . I also used it on other veggies with the same results . Good field to study enzyme teas .
The photos are 2 1/2 days apart .

What’s the recipe for the enzyme tea? Could you use alfalfa sprouts for the tea?
