I am popping over next week as a little present to myself after a 3 month grow. I thought i would have a look at some LED lights and, unlike here in the UK, ask for advice maybe even see a set up. Is there anybody here that can point me towards any places that i might find usefull?
I know of the dampkring shop but their web site makes no mention of LEDs

Not really to look for grow shops, you may have to head slightly out of the centre for those, but if you want to find someone with a fantastic local knowledge, and generally just someone to throw a few ideas around with so you can figure out where'd be best to go and do a little shopping, head over to Paradox. The owner is an absolute legend who'll point you in the right direction of anywhere you wanna go. Best coffeeshop in town imo. He even gave autoflowers a stab a few years ago so plenty to chat about

My advice. Unless you going in to see the hot chick behind the bar or you want some of their AK48, I would probably steer clear of the Dampkring, not one of the friendliest of places and a bit too commercial so the prices on everything are extortionate. I imagine if you went in to buy grow equipment, you'd end up spending a fortune for something you could just pick up much cheaper back home.

Check out Amsterdam Seedcenter they have a Led Grow Setup in the Shop. I think they can give u some Advice. Some Coffeshops sell Led Grown Buds also.

Not much Growshops in town and the Dutch are not so Pro with Leds from what i got in my Time living there.

They sell LEDs so might have a setup and a chat. Although anything they can tell you is on here anyway.

Brilliant, enough to keep me occupied for a couple of days. I looked at the dampkring web site, prices same as London and no LEDs mentioned?. I will pop into the paradox (where is it?) I mainly want to look at set ups if i decide to buy then i will get anything i need in london.

You can get the river boat ticket which is not only relaxing, but takes you around some of the city highlights with some informative chatter along the way.

If you get off at the museum, it's literaly 5 minutes walk max

This'll help as well for when you're wandering around. Not all of the Coffeeshops are still in business but it makes The Dam a little easier to navigate

Head over to the Cannabis College (centre of the map) and have a chat and a smoke with the folks there. I'd be surprised if they don't have a decent LED set up running somewhere on site for you to watch their gardens grow. Great bunch of guys

I see the Greenhouse Effect is still there. This was a great bar/shop as I remember.

Used to go quite a bit, not a big place, bar in the right door and shop in the left.
