2nd shot with autos. 1st was an outdoor winter plant that had half the internodes of these and gave me a surprising 15 grams (dry but still curing).

Tres Mephistos.
left to right - Northern Cheese Haze, Strawberry Nuggets, Gold Glue.
All at 4 weeks. Showing preflower pistils and starting to stretch, although it could just be that we actually had some sun the last few days.
I've been ponytailing for a few hours every few days the last couple weeks.

Unfortunately the weather turned cloudy and cold (mid 60s day) after the second week.

Is it worth bending them over at this point?

So I decided to train one of them, the strawberry nuggets.
Took 2 days to get her 90 degrees. now I'm tying off of one of the drain holes to get the main stem even lower.
At 5 weeks still just showing the pre flowers. All three bushed out quite a bit in the last week.
Left to right NCH, GG, SN.

Since I started this thread, I might as well show the results.
At 10 weeks.
Left to right
Northern Cheese Haze, Gold Glue, Strawberry Nuggets.
I decided to pull over the SN after I made the first post. The other two I just pulled the side branches out for extra light and air after it started flowering.
The GG was as tall as the NCH, but I had to cut out some bud rot a couple days ago.
I'm harvesting all three. GG and SN could go another week, but with our cool humid weather I'm not going to risk the rot.

It's hard to tell from the pic, do you think the LST you did on the one will result in a higher yield? Doing my first auto grow now, at 4 weeks, kinda afraid to try it.

No, not to late.
I believe the LST worked, but between just trying down the side branches and tying down the main stem, I would say it did not affect yield directly.
Tying the branches away from the main stem helped to get them more light, so they plumped up nicely.
The full plant LST produced more, even sized colas.
The big advantage for my conditions was the big main cola was more prone to bud rot in my humid environment.
All the plants got a little bud rot, but it was much easier to contain on the full LST plant because each cola was smaller. Overall the yield was a little more from that plant because I lost less.
