J was just going through the new posts when a pop up came up saying New York travel has been shut down do to a major snow fall.Ihave never got a pop up on here.Here's wishing all the best of karma to NYC and the east coast through this terrible storm.

Hey Namvet,

Thank you for your good karma, We are all ok, It wasn't major as suspected. Our weather forecasters are horrible. They mis-predicted the huge storm up in Buffalo, NY so we couldn't take any chances. NYC was a ghost town last night and parts of this morning. They just lifted the ban for cars to drive in the city and to restore public transportation ( But that will take up to at least 2 hrs to fully restore).

The NYC storm dumped around 2 feet here in mid coast Maine. My plow truck had a 5 foot high wave of snow in front as I went down the longer driveways I do. I was a little high then and and it was surreal. Got to get a little sleep and get up early , roll a few and get things plowed out. Plowing wrecks my neck and the blueberry really helps.
