Anybody use just Megacrop thru the entire grow?

What's your ppm/ec and what about your ph.
Is it stable.
You ppm's should slightly fall while your ph goes up.
If that's not the case delute..

I only checked ppm of the well water. Megacrop lists on their page what the ppm is after adding nutes. Before adding, the ppm of the water is something low like 65 or something. I recall the addition of Megacrop adding an additional 2-300ppm, which would will leave me well below 1000. I’ve been keeping the ph between 5.8 and 6.2. No problems until upping the nutes x 3. Which is why I’m thinking it may have just been too fast, but I will test ppm when I get home (assuming they still look sad). This is my first go at dwc, and I only know what YouTube has shown me in addition to the Megacrop feeding schedule provided.[/QUOTE]


Upping X3 as you said. Is a no-no
But the basic rule of hydro is.theres properly some I forgot.
If ppm goes up. Plants uptake more water than nutes = delute
If ppm goes down.plants uptake more nutes than water = ad nutes
Sweet spot = stable pH and stable ppm
Imo. Achieve a slight falling ppm and the pH will go up.
Slowly upping the nutes,is the easy way to find the sweet spot.

I've been running mega crop with cal/mg and sweet candy. I'm in 8 gallon buckets at 65f and my EC has been as high as 4.5. Only changed the rez once at 8 weeks and have not had any issues. In around week ten now and they are mid flower. Low temps and early stunt will have me behind schedule but the plants are huge and healthy. Three different strains and breeders and same thing. High EC, low temps and dirty old water, not sure how long before it's a huge mistake but I'm riding it out.
Rez changed wasn't a full change, drained to 25% and filled back up, running hydro guard and didn't want to lose my beneficials
They are not as dark as the pictures appear. Crazy bright cobs and cheap phone camera, white pistols everywhere but the pictures

I am running 5 grams per gallon and use heisenbergs tea. Seems to be moving along fine.

Hello, I am newbie grower. Been growing only a year now. I've been using Kindsoil for nutes. Which has really made growing simple for me.

I recently got the MegaCrop promo 610g bag. Was going to give it a try. I've read several Megacrop grow journals here and seems like lot of them choice to use Sweet Candy with it.

Has anybody tried just growing start to finish with MegaCrop?

I think it does..bigger buds, more trichs,..etc

ive been using just MC in DWC and adding p/k every couple of weeks through flower.

I have used MC start to finish on 2 grows (both with Coco Coir) and 2/3 on another.
I do prefer Flower Fuel over Sweet Candy but still work Sweet Candy in at times.
