Coming from photos and mostly growing clones my first 5 years as a grower I came in with some harsh criticism for mephisto. I had numerous small stunted plants, blamed mephisto, said it was all hype. Similar story that you see around here with upset new customers.
But I didnt give up, I tunned in my enviroment, made some badass living soil pots, got some new lights, and continuously expanded my knowledge of growing. Only 18 months now from my first runty autos and things are a complete 180.
All my mephs autos are growing to be 4ft and 3 ft wide, i struggle to fit one plant in a 3x3 tent. Yeilds are ranging from 3-10 oz for a single plant in 90 days. Honeslty I couldnt be happier, ive almost stopped growing photos completely.
Now I know my opinion has some bias because I work with mephisto, but during my 18 months here ive continued to grow photos from some of the top breeders including Thug Pugg, Ocean Grown, Oni Genetics, DVG, Dominion, cannarado. Ive had numerous hermies, and failed germs from these "top dawg" breeders, and these seeds are much more expensive than our autoflowering seeds. No complaints though, thats just part of the hunt.
A bit of a rant, but my main point is to not judge a breeder or strain off one failed grow, keep at it, improve the next grow. Even some of us really experienced growers had some growing pains when first working with autos.

1 grew upside down,1 had an ingrown arsehole or something strange,and thats kinda nature is it not ?
