Mephisto Genetics Anyone got any Mephisto criticism?

You should update the how to get traffic in your journal tips to include this:

One technique is exploit other high traffic threads especially those that are contentious and likely to result in thread locking or banning. As the thread is about to die but still has some peak traffic happening, post a message in it pointing viewers to your grow journal.

I am sure Archie would secretly like that, but in public he won't admit it! LOL. Good fun. Lots of laughs now.

I presume, if only by chance or bad luck, a good number of growers will always see problems with one company's or another seeds. For example, I've tried and failed 4 times to germinate Think Big/Dutch Passion and Green Poison XXL/Sweet seeds. I just write this off as my bad luck.

Even if I experienced consistent problems with Mephisto seeds, such as with germination, I'd still very gladly use them, considering the quality and size of the plants and all the free seeds.

I’m growing 15 Mephisto’s at the same time, 10 diff strains, and only one out of 15 is mutated badly. But I think that’s cool as fuck (unless it’s ur only plant)

Also, customer service is top notch. I had some germ issues, consistent ones.

They sent me 10 replacement seeds... then the staff was SO eager to help me w the issue, they accidentally sent MORE replacement seeds of the same strain.

I ended up with 17 replacement seeds.

And many many other free seeds.

I’ve gotten more free than I’ve paid for by FAR

don’t know why people are bitching. Get the seeds to go... and go well... and they cannot rly b beat in quality medicine

I have an issue, not with Mephisto. With this new generation of people. People are so easy to blame everyone for their own failures. I have been in this game for longer than most people have been alive. I have grown Thousands of plants. I have had 1 Strain that didn't germ from Mephisto, The White Train. That was a 7 pack that was probably old. Other than that, and a long wait on Black Friday order a couple year ago, they have been amazing. I have reached out to the crew many times, I always get a response. I Always get 2-3x what I ordered. Their total grow times are shorter than most Autos, an they don't fabricate shorter growth length to sell it. I have grown many other companies Auto seeds, most go WAY too long and are nothing special. The variety of Mephisto strains is excellent, they have something for everyone. Some of my recent grows have been insanely frosty, and very potent. Certain strains have stronger/higher Terpene levels. Certain strains press Rosin better. I have had Autos that yield 8-10 oz in a 3 Quart pot, only from Mephisto. The only thing I would be critical of is the name of one Strain. Double Grape is simply amazing, but it doesn't smell like grape at all. If I were to name a Strain Double Grape, I would ensure it wreaked of grape or was very purple. The strain is seriously one of my favorites, and the Frost level is off the charts, but Sour Stomper smells more Grape than Double Grape. I can't complain about Mephisto, I am one of the most honest people you will meet. I won't lie, and I tell it how it is. I won't sugar coat things.

If you are a serious grower, dont go on a forum and blast a company without facts to back up your claims. If you were to have a germ problem or any problem at all, a simple message to @mephisto will solve it. Not many companies frequent Forums and participate in a community as much as they do. I don't know of any seed company more actively involved in forums than these guys. They are honest and will actually respond to a PM. I trust them. Which is hard to say these days. And FWIW, if you buy your seeds from a Third party...look their for any complaints. Not Mephisto. Peace, slow
