New Grower are 8 litre rhizopots big enough for autopounder and biodiesel mass ?

Hello my first post here, I've got one of each said strain, both a month old and looking healthy.However I think I've made a mistake by using 8 litre Aero/rhizo pots, does anyone have experience of these strains and the ideal size of pots? I'm aware that autos shock easily, so if I were to cut away the bottom of the pot and place it in a larger one, would this work ?thanks in advance

I should also say I'm using biobizz soil, and growing outdoors-greenhouse(depending on the weather and temperature )

probably best to just let her go bro,i grew an auto pounder before she will produce pretty good in a 8l pot.cause yeah u really don't want to stunt her now.
