just curious if thats something i need to invest into. already went pretty far over budget in getting proper stuff for our grow. my brother and i @CaNNaDON420 .
tent. 4x4x6.5
light 1000w led plus 2 t5's
soil happyfrog on top ocean forrest on bottom. "perlite and worm castings added to both"
mephisto super soil for nutes.
3 gallon fabric pots
should we be concerned with pH levels?
growing skystomper and sourstomper on our first run. full documented grow coming as well.
thanks for the advice guys

ok thanks guys.. guess im penny pinching a lil more to get a tester kit lol. any "cheaper" kits out there ud recommend?

I've been using the pH drops with good results. My tap is very hard and pH 8.5-9.0, if I fed them that, they'd be dead. I go through a lot of pH down around here. You got to know what your source water pH is, then adjust to around 6.5 for soil.

Also what should we be testing? The water that we are using to water the plants, the runoff, the dirt itself? May sound like a dumb question, but like my bro said we've already invested a lot of $ into this & we don't wanna lose out due to lack of knowledge in the pH department.

The soil your using is great soil and I like how you put the lighter mix on top. That should feed your plants for maybe 4-6 weeks with just plain pH'd water. Then when you see they are hungry, give organic nutes and/or tea's to get them to the finish line. Cal/Mag may or may not be needed. Just make sure your water is pH 6.5 every time you feed, and the soil should take care of itself.

from my understanding mephisto's supersoil is nutes all the way though. i dont want to over feed. just what i was told. should i use like fox farms big bloom? or what should i feed them
