The lights are 32" from the top leafs. And the leaves don't seem as light as they were. It may be just the genetics...I don't know. As far as the praying this goes... I have heard both sides equally. Some say it's good some say it's not...I'm confused...lol.how far away are the lights? it's a common misnomer, this "praying" to the lights,... in fact, it's the plant telling you the light is a bit too intense; they deal with that by angling the leaf up so the light hits at a steeper angle, less directly,... seedlings need less intense light! ....20-24" is fairly typical for strong lights.... this could be why they are a bit pale....
... I've not seem the praying posture be directly detrimental, but it's a clear indication of borderline levels... so I guess it both good and bad! She'll toughen up as she matures soon enough, but those are powerful lights, watch your distances, do what you can, and watch for the signs of actual light stress, like margin "teeth" pointing up, edge curling,...
- feeds,..doubled from what before, and of what again?
better! now let's see how she responds for a few days or so,....
....32" was fine, I didn't say to raise them even more,... your manufacturer will have recommended distances as well,... lower the lights to where they were again at 32".... at day 24, she's overdue to start stretch anyway,... do you see presex signs yet?The lights are 32" from the top leafs.
