Your plants look great ... they accepted the soil just fine and the perlite is working well for you. I'd say they are right on time for growth. Two gal containers will stunt them a little but you won't see that for a couple weeks. I feed at 10 days, most don't. I would not use big bloom. I would use a VERY weak dose of whatever you have that is for growth ... probably take 1- 2 cups each .. each watering thereafter I would increase the strength slightly ... such as start at 1/16 and go to 1/8 then 1/4 strength by about 3 weeks old ...
edit ... as healthy as they are I think I'd hold off a few days to feed ... the
OF seems to be doing it's job ... I use a much milder soil so I feed earlier ...
