your ladies are looking great! coming right along and iridescent with trichomes, almost glowing in the dark they're so brilliant!
Excellent job. And congrats on the newest baby, I'mma get by your other GJ so that I may equally harass you there... I meant "support", of course.
Anyway, I use this thing I got off ebay for like $5.00, works ok for me. I just have to remember to look at them GENTLY bc the more we mess with them and damage their trichs, well... we're losing potency (slightly, but I prefer them intact if I can help it).

I also have a USB Handheld Microscope but by the time I set it up in there. load the software and get it set correctly (ha ha never) and attempt to get a picture captured that isn't out of focus, well... the loupe works well enough for me. I thought Autos' harvest dates & times were pretty set. See? You taught me all kinds o'stuff already!

anyway... is your new light a Mars 2 / 100W x 3? (300 Watts? duh! ha ha) On ebay they look different. They only have 4 fans on the back yours have 6, could just be a generic pic for the brand. The Mars 2 / 900W looks square too and it's only like $360. Can you provide the link to your lights so that I may peruse at my leisure?

Welcome back hapa thank you! I would be glad to have you along for my next grow and bring on all that support hehe. The loupe looks a lot better than the one I am using forsure and I like it has two sizes mine is only x60 I will be ordering this forsure. The light is just an old model 3x100 mars hydro http://www.mars-hydro.com/led-grow-light/old-model-series This is plenty for my little 2ftx2ft space I think if I move into a new closet I will just order another one of these if my next grow does well under it. Ah new gear everytime I see someone get a new piece I'm like O0ooo I hope that works out I want one!

A little news on the girl I'm going to officially say she has 1% amber and is just swelling up and looks like I put in a sprinkler room or something!

Also! Has anyone made hash with dry ice and micron bags? I would like some input on what you think I was planning on trying to make some off my trim and saw two methods that I would like to try. The first is the dry ice and 220 or 160 micron bag seems to produce more less work and cheaper since bags seem crazy expensive or im just looking in the wrong spot. The other is regular ice and water with like 5 bags seems like a lot more work and since regular ice is more expensive unless you have a ice maker which I don't and id have to dig out my ice trays lol. What would you all suggest and any bag suggestions would be great!

hey Chuck, check out amazon on the bags. search bubble bags and you should find a lot for under $30.i made some hash with a paper coffee filter and ice. a little sketchy and a large pain in the a$$ but the hash knocked me on my a$$ lol. going to get some myself and try the dry ice. seems less messy

Yea pretty much how I seen it was pretty much like this. take a 220 bag put trim in it break up dry ice in nice chunks more the better throw it in the bag with trim grab a mirror and shake. Couldn't be simpler I think I will just order 1 220 bag seeing it will get out everything and more the 160 bag will

Not sure but make sure you are feeding good and watch the cal/mag looks like I see a bit of yellow or its the lighting..

and yes to hash! I LOVE making ice / full-melt / bubble-hash! (ok that's a lie, actually I LOVE smoking it more like, juss sayin) I have the whole set of the ONE gallon bags and am looking into the 5 gallon bags and the bubble machine (mini washing machine thingy) because it's a lot of work and a 10:1 ratio of final product is about all you can hope for, imo. I'm really mindful of that when I trim so I just try to use the best sugar-leaves (and hateful popcorn buds!) I can manage.

I do BHO too and have an industrial vacuum chamber and a pretty strong pump to hold the vacuum but... it's BHO, using Butane so... and it's still alotta work, a bit tricky (and can be dangerous), more gear needed, etc. As was suggested, those bags on amazon will work just fine... fresh headies is ridiculous $$$.

DABaracuss You would be correct it is a bit yellow I thought it was because it a week or 2 before harvest if I would have read this before today I would of feed it some yesterday with its last tea.

Hapa everything on that website is expensive lol have you ever tried the dry ice method way easier and less time consuming or from the videos ive watched of the two methods and dry ice is super cheap. This will be my first trim job ever so I doubt ill be that selective just because I cant tell whats best. I doubt ill be trying the bho stuff to afraid of blowing up myself lol. You know you are welcome to stop by anytime buddy thanks for this info!

you are right tho about the dry-ice method... ice, bag, herb... done.
It's like dry sifting but maybe better bc the trichs are frozen and break off easier... maybe?

I haven't tried it. I may though because I hate trimming popcorn buds and so will have plenny to work with.

Well I will just try both the first will be dry ice method since its cheapest and when my next baby gets big she will get water and regular ice. Thanks for that ill have it if I ever get in to them only did dabs once and vaped some wax and know 0 about them so forgive me. Let me clears my throat for them * errh hm* HOLDS 10 POUNDS holy hell lol I could never imagine spendin 9k on anything like that but if I did I would take that 11k discount forsure!! Might be calling it done today got to wait til my good eyes get here aka the lady. Im seeing about 10% amber not as many as I wanted but seeing that I called my guy and he said he would be out for a few weeks kind put thing into perspective. I can not work without smoke period the pain would be unbearable. Also seeing as im use to smoking just schwag weed this will hopefully knock it out of the park. What do you all think I could go to the doctor and get pain killers which I hate and prolong it. My camera is charging I will get a photo shoot first forsure if I do chop but someone nudge me in the right direction please.
