The second rootball has more ladder roots. Wasn't you using something diff. In one of them?

yeah i mentioned it above, the 1 with the ladder roots has got dutch pro take root in her bucket, ive just had a look at the dutch pro feeding chart and it says to stop feeding after the stretch period so thats what ill do and flip her over to rhizo

im not sure if she will have a bigger appetite than her sister but both are feeding quite heavily @ 1.2 ec and drinking around 3ltr a day which is not unusual at this stage of developement

im just hoping both plants dont out grow each other as there still in the pre-flower stretch period , i absolute love dwc but the space required to perform a grow is not to be under-estimated

that shit is epic mate, what is the chemical or active ingredient in each root product? do both plants drink up more or less the same water per day? btw everytime i read your grow journals i feel like that weird kid from the 40 year old virgin in the scene where the mom get caught fornicating by her daughter and her boyfriend is just staring at all the condoms and is like teach me!! lol

Interesting... I am looking forward to see how this one turns out and if the "feather roots" act differently.
Wonder what substance/s are in the dutch pro that make the roots grow in this pattern...

Maybe you could get in touch with the producers and ask if this is common root development with their gear
and if they know what is causing this?

i did a fresh res change yesterday and put them both on 1.2 ec and ph 5.8 , ive checked them both this morning and the ec has gone down to 1.0 and the ph has risen to 6.0 so that tells me they both want more feed so on the next res change ill increase to 1.3 ec

both my babies are growing at an alarming rate and are gonna be fighting for space inside my grow room within the next couple of days, they both still have 8 days of pre-flower stretch left lol , im thinking the inevitable might happen

Hi seymour, I have asked the guys at Dutch Pro for their views on your root development observations. I hope we can get an answer for you.

But it is looking great so far. I wonder whether you will be forced to cull one of the plants if the stretch continues? The team here think the plants themselves are looking absolutely great, really healthy leaves and a nice overall structure.

ive put this grow on hold as ive booked a last minute deal to the dominican republic for my girlfriends 30th birthday which is on march 10th so for obvious reasons ive had to halt the growing which is a bit gutting as it had the classic trademarks of being another seymour classic , appologises to any 1 following this grow and i hope to resume full service on my return

im actually looking forward to the break as its been non-stop action from me in the last 14 months and i get to spend some time with the most important lady in my life

woman's 30th... thats a big one you gotta step you game up for sure. my girl was freaking out about turning 30 so i sent her to a spa for the day for an all inclusive package, hell they even gave her a makeover at the end. Then we hit the town with a group of friends. If i was growing back then i would have given her some good meds to calm her nerves so you always have that option. enjoy your break
