24" tall 16" wide 10" deep is the size of my grow box . Would you recommend a 50w ufo led or 100w? The ones I'm looking at are blackstars.

my grow is 36"tall, 16"wide, 20"deep and i have 200w duel spectrum cfl and 2 2700k 35w cfls running and my girl can get to an inch away from the bulb without burning but im not into leds but i no you need space between light and plant like wwwillie said hope i helped in some way :smokebuds:

Thanks guys, I've seen some PC grows with 50w Chinese ufo LEDs do pretty good. Jut thanking out loud, trying to get the best out of my space. Thanks again guys for your opinions:

take a look at my grow if u want Big you can see what cfl can do and i have four weeks to go on mine yet so fingers crossed for a quick four weeks. hit the link at the bottem of my post .

Looking good..but if you are getting good results from what you have now then run with it..Led I love run very cool..small spaces its important to have good air flow..I would get the 100w ..look around lots of LED growing here se what others have for similar space...also I woulndt get 5w leds..they are just 3w leds turned up to 5w ..I would expect failures and shorter life from it..go with a 3w led ..also check out the reports on them and find the best bang for the buck...dont just get any old UFO you see..could have leds in it from an old texas instruments calculator LOL "My 2 cents"
