... Tiger Bloom IS you main bloom nutrient!
OK, tap water in the 6's is weird,... RO/DI water may test this low, but actual tap water is very very unusual,... here's where I wish you had TDS/EC meter, it clear up the accuracy issue of the pH meter once and for all.... water with any significant hardness will not be in the 6's pH,...low 7's at the least...
>> by dechlorinate, I meant let sit out to gas off.. this only works for chlorine (gas) treated water, not for chloramine; that needs to be RO filtered out,.. the chemicals used to lock up chloramine might be okay for fish, but I don't know about soil, microbes, or what it gets broken down into may be harmful to you and /or the plant...to say nothing of the "slime coat" additive! .. So I don't recommend using dechlor' chem's and using it the grow,...
... did you measure the pH of the run-off when done with the flush? that was important , to see how much it corrected,...
... a decent pH meter is about $50-70,... calibration solutions are cheap, like $6-7, ditto for storage solutions,.. this is necessary with any test unit, lab gear or horticultural; the bulb and electrodes are sensitive as hell, they need to be for accuracy, and are easily fouled or damaged.... I know several growers here who don't pH anything, test anything, and somehow get away with it,.. but when trouble comes, and eventually they do, not having the tools you need to deal with it makes anything you do a craps shoot, unless you know exactly what the problem is, and know how to deal with it by the seat of your pants,... experience is the magic there!
>>> my bad here, on the flush procedure (I didn't think you were gonna just go do it right away!),.. usually, the last pour through should have 1/4 str. nutes and Ca-Mg in it, but if missed, no biggie,.. symptoms may continue to progress for a bit, as nutes get transported and busy working,... damage will not repair, halting is what we look for,... once she's and dried a bit, more nutes can be added,.. if I were you, I'd stay with the Tiger bloom only now, finish on that...
