Grow Update #2

Hi AFN Friends,

A lot has been happening, so let me get you guys caught up. Let me apologize for the quality of the pics in advance.

The ‘Med GOM 1.0’ is currently curing and came down right around 60 days. The buds finished up very fat and dense as hell. I can’t wait to see what the cure brings out in the finished nugs.

The ‘Black Cream Auto’ finished up right on the mark and came down at 70 days after a full h2O flush for about 1 ½ weeks. This is another huge lady from Sweet Seeds!! She has a nice sweet aroma and dark frosty buds.

The ‘Pickled Diesel’ is chugging along and appears to be a very green, happy and healthy plant. She just started showing me some pre-budding hairs. So, the real show should be starting with her very, very soon.

Also, just for fun I’ve added an Advanced Seeds ‘Bio-Diesel Mass Auto’ into the mix. I hope everyone is doing well and I look forward to chatting with all of you in the forums.

Hey mate, great results. Did your Med GOM 1.0 show amber trichomes when you chopped her down? Wow, 60 days from seed to harvest is pretty damn fast, great job. My two Med GOM plants are currently 74 days old and I’m still not seeing enough amber trichs…I asked CBD Crew and they told me to chop them down when 70 % of trichs are amber, but Idon’t think I will go that far.

Happy Holidays #Autoflower Noob! Thanks for the kind words regarding this grow. The MedGOM 1.0 showed surprisingly quick maturation imho. She was showing about 50%+ amber trichs when she came down. However, I noticed a similar trend with the next two grows proceeding this one. After I ran a few tests with my nutes; I noticed the Open Sesame was accelerating the process by a 5 - 7 day window. I feel this may be part of the reason for the acceleration in the cycle. I hope this information helps some for you. If you have any questions feel free to let me know.
I haven't been very active on the forum in 2015, it's been a tough year. But, things still keep moving along in the green room. 2016 will have some new grow journals including a first ever exclusive Banana Kush Auto grow new grow materials and pollen collecting processes to start off 2016.
