Now that i have removed the male plant from my groom. How will my other 4 auto's be affected by the company they shared with the male.

The others won't be affected... yet. Doesn't look like he's ready to blow yet.
You could put him in with the others and you'll have loads of seeded bud, keep him separate and collect his pollen to pollenate a few buds leaving most of the bud seed free, or if your not going to use him for seeds chuck him
