Wienerwoods
Be afraid. Be very afraid.
I can spot a few potential problems. Your cotyledons seem to be going yellow (and crisp?) which usually indicates that the soil is too hot. Understandable since worm castings are very rich in nutrients.
The soil is looking very wet which is not ideal. Let it dry before watering any more and only water a tiny bit for the first few weeks. That way she won't be deprived of oxygen.
Your soil doesn't seem to have perlite which is good but looks like there's some sand in there which is generally considered bad for MJ.
You must get some nutrients sooner rather than later so you're prepared. I recommend BioBizz grow & bloom. Organic goodness. Another thing I'd do if I were you is transplant them in bigger pots. Those tiny pots aren't going to allow you reach the plants' full potential (unless really small plants are your intention). You may wanna consider getting some soil that has perlite in it. At least 30%. Transplant the plants in the bigger pots filled with the enhanced soil after they show sex and you're golden.
You're a few days behind but fortunately at this point that doesn't really matter as long as you have time to wait. Patience is key. Best of luck!
