All water can be good, but IMHO I'd get a TDS (total dissolved solids) reading done on the water if thats a possibility. Wiki has a good page on it to get an idea on it. Or the utility company you get you water from will have that info you just have to ask for it. I had the same thing happening to my grows for a while and could never pin down the problem, tried everything. Found out I had some bad stuff in my water at really low ppm. Anyway long story short switch to buying 5 gallon natural spring water from the store and haven't had any problems since. There could be some thing in your water killing your micro bacteria in your
