41 Day update for Auto BBK and Auto Great White Shark!

The GWS is impressive, she stands 26" tall and about the same width.
Lots of bud sites and nice thick stems! She is really liking her environment!

The BBK is pretty good and way better than the last one! Think they are quite sensitive to the environment.
She stands at 18" tall and the buds are beautiful!!

I have changed my technique for these two plants and will automate it next time for an even easier grow!
The other major change i will make is to only grow one strain at a time, makes maintenance easier.
Right now i have the two pots sitting in their own reservoirs, just one small drainage hole.
I keep the water level above the hole so they can drink whenever they want and i can leave them for a few more days, not that i do.
I only check the PPM in the reservoir and top up and adjust in there. I have not checked the pH once.
Plants are thriving, so it must be okay!
Next time i will add a pump on a timer for auto watering.

I decided to cut down the Auto Trainwreck and the Auto Purple Mazar.
They would be on about day 90 now, so technically ready to almost ready...LOL!
My wife wants the tent down due to us getting the house ready for sale in a few months time, so to keep her happy they had to get the chop. About 50/50 trichs so should be good, i prefer a heavier amber count though for pain relief.

I have been taking small samples from the Auto Berry Bomb and the Auto Blackberry Kush and they both are very tasty and potent!
It feels great to have home grown bud again!
It vapes amazingly well and outperforms some of the dispensary bud i have.

I am hoping that the Great White Shark and the last BBK perform much better and by the looks of things they are!
Had a bit of a pH issue... Remember to always check it!!!
Mine was down to around 4.5...Pure R.O. water flush till they ran clear at pH 6.0
They were then watered again with nutes and this time i added my recently purchased Micro Nutrients as well, as per directions.
Hoping that will help with any deficiencies and i find it to be a good product as well! It's the Flora line i am using for this grow.

So now i am mixing my nutes and then adjusting the pH before watering the ladies.
The nutes actually lowered it quite a bit. Another thing to remember!

So hopefully taking all these precautionary measures will help them grow to their potential, as good as i can get them to anyway.

Day 55 update!

Sunday means it's that time again! LOL!
Update time! And not a great one due to my stupidity and lack of time during the festive season, they suffered quite a bit of pH shock...
Also the GWS is tall enough to have heat stress from the light which is at the top of the tent now. I have a fan blowing just above the canopy, not touching the leaves to cool things down.
The main extraction fan has also been turned up to create more airflow.
Temp in the tent is a constant 23C.

Quick view of both plants, there is also a small mint plant and a Basil plant i saved from my wife!

The browning has decreased a lot and the plants look more perky and happy. Damage is done now though...
Hoping to keep them happy for the next few weeks and have a successful harvest!

WOW!!! 2017 seems like forever ago... Had a few more successful harvests but life threw a whole factory of wrenches into our lives and growing was stopped, packed up and sold....
Calmer times have prevailed and we are finally in our new house and I am almost done building my grow room!!
Just over a 4X4 area to grow my 4 legal plants in with a new Quantum board from China.
Also going to go back to soil, living soil this time as it has always given me far superior results.

I will be starting a new journal soon of the grow room setup, equipment etc...
For the first grow I will be using Mephisto Genetics and for the 2nd grow I want to try some photoperiods again. I have some killer Sannie's Seeds and some Pink Kush seeds but they are very old, so who knows if they will pop!
