Seed Bank Bagseeds? Cheap Seeds? Inexpensive Seeds?

Ah, rather than creating another thread, I'll just post another question in here (I hope you guys do not mind).

I have been reading a lot of guides, FAQs, and forum posts about shipping seeds. Even though they were around 2-5 years old of writing this post, almost all of them has written to ship them (the seeds) to a non-growing place. Is that still true for places that are legal to grow? Been debating on either using my friend's, a business, or my own home.

it is not legal in the USA to buy seeds, or clones, outside of the state you live in., if you are in a state that has legalized it. Always a good idea to have an alternate location to ship to IMO.

That advice is mainly for those who are growing illegally, but it's never a bad idea to have grow materials shipped to a safe location. No need possibly attracting the attention of someone who would like to help themselves to your crop.
