Outdoor Bal's SuperAutoGarden

:check:Latest update, day 134:

Today the SatiChaze was chopped, cleaned and put to dry:)
There was almost no mold, found only on some spots with bird shit or insect damage from before.
Lost because of mold was maybe 2% or less, the haze bud structure has its advantages.
There are some fox tails on the branch buds which have a very pretty visual appeal, kinda looking sexy:dancer:

SatiChaze developed the smell in the last two weeks, it became sweeter and fuller, still remaining delicate but spicy. There's also a hint of some sweet citrus.

I let the three very bottom branches grow some more time, because they are very dirty from soil.

Meanwhile the SCH is darkening the stigmas and will be ready to chop in a week or 10 days max.
I spotted some moldy bits, again from bird and insect damage. But the SCH also has some dying leaves which cause rot and mold.
The weather also had its major part in this.

The BigChaze is having some trouble with dead leaves and rot, so I took a quick clean of the buds and will let her go for a week or more if the weather will permit.
Looks like she would need 2-3 more weeks to ripe, but I think she won't be able to make more than 10 days.

The Bushy is doing fine, she looks the youngest and still healthy, I think she will stand until the first week of october.
There's also the small SCH which is surprisingly healthy and strong. The buds look dense and frosty, she's also darkening the stigmas.

My harvest schedule says the SCH and BigChaze will be chopped in a week or 10 days max, the Bushy and small SCH in max 14-20 days, maybe before.:smokeit:

Bottom lines.

First sorry but no pictures for today:No: I'll post some tomorrow.

As my first superauto harvest, what can I say?

I'm amazed by this plant, the haze pheno of the Chaze is exactly the thing I wished for, growing a sativa.
It blew me with the size and structure, seems like also the smoke will blow me:)
The production is a dream, branches were full of foxtail buds. They will probably get very light when dried, so I'm really interested in the final weight.
Who knows, who cares.

All I know is I miss her.
My dream plant to grow, sincerely.:peace:

Stitch, thank you for this plant.

After a messy sunday, there are some pics I made at harvest of the Chaze - haze pheno.
Better late than never:)

I hope you'll enjoy the pictures:smokebuds:

Looking great Balarama! Glad you didn't get too much mold there, those sativa buds probably help.

I'm drying my indoor Super Stinky right now, and smoking on my little Chaze, it's a brain zinger!
I'm liking these Super Autos, they look great outdoor
:Cushty:

Time goes so fast!

Today the two big ladies were harvested.
This is just a very short update, because of some plans for this weekend I won't be able to post any pictures or write a longer update.

The Big Chaze was having some trouble with mold, I had to check every single bud in detail and clean them all.
Lost around 15-20% but I was expecting to lose more with this indica pheno. She looked dead and rotten on some parts of the plant, for example the main cola was almost completely lost(saved 20-30%), I could cut it earlier to avoid such loss.
But all in all the buds took it pretty well, the mold was isolated and if removed, the plant could do some weeks more.

The SCH was also having some small issues, mainly from animals and their "products".
The mold was far less and I lost less than 5%, so almost no problem. I find the sativa buds to be better against molds, at least in this conditions.

Harvest was abundant, I got two piles of fresh smelling buds, just as with the SatiChaze, even more per plant.
The SCH looks like the top yielder until now:)

There are still 2 plants standing, the Bushy Chaze and the small SCH. They look like champions, absolutely no mold or any other problems. Weird, but great!

For now I have only two pictures, I'll post some more next week or maybe sunday.

As promised, here are more pictures for your viewing pleasure and anything else(khm..BOM-nom...khm):dance2:

First to be chopped, the BigChaze:
plant BigChz.jpg

She got attacked quite heavily by mold and some rot also, however I managed to save quite a lot of her budz.

Next to go was the big SCH:
SCH before chop.jpg

A way stronger fighter against outdoor odds than the indica pheno of the Chaze.
I only have a feeling I took her too early, perhaps the true ripeness was 2-3 weeks away. No matter what, I'm happy I harvested her now, because after really good inspection(which took me 7 hours for both plants!) I found lots of calixes just starting to rot of age. So I cleaned every possible mold source and managed to lose only some percent(2-5%) of the buds. She was almost mold-free like the SatiChaze was.

And here's the rest of the pictures, buds close-ups for sunday evening pleasures.

Small plant first, the SCH:

And the Bushy Chaze(i think this is supposed to be the best Chaze pheno, a marvelous plant). I bent and tiet her a bit, to get more light(not in pictures).

This is all for now, the drying will be probably around 7-10 days this time.
I'm not sure on when to chop the remaining plants, looks like the small SCH will be quite finished in 10 days, but the bush will need 2 more weeks or even more.
As long as she stands well the molds and the weather, I can let her go until second half of october.

.

Just wanted to say I'm enjoying some SatiChaze and AutoX smoke these days:)
Not cured enough for a fair smoke report, but I can still say I really like them both.

The SatiChaze is kinda mild but strangely long lasting, not a very strong smoke. It is a creeper, takes about some minutes to feel it properly. It starts in the legs, eyes and cheeks, feeling heat and relaxation + being totally functional.
I also had some vision-altering experience, like there was just slight trippyness and a psychadelic note to it. Some introspection, more outrospection, makes you interested in doing new things. I think the words I'm looking for is - motivational and relaxation herb.

A very good all-around smoke, some mint in the taste and a very pleasant feeling.
Not for bedtime:)
.

A detailed smoke report for all the ladies will come in some time, gotta have the patience to cure.

Here's one for my AFN friends and bros
