The folding, or 'canoeing' of the leaves, it's just the uppermost ones, right? If so, mine are doing the same thing, and I think it's normal for these upper sun leaves to not fully flatten out even when they're done growing... I thought maybe it's a soil moisture thing, but if mine are doing it too, and they don't dry out as much as yours do in the smart pots, then it's probably normal for this compacted growth in the buds... it certainly isn't a nute' issue...

Still not flowering... I have a feeling it's male, solely based on my problems filling all the spots for the photo grow... (finally have new pics over there btw)
I'm still spraying the leaves with Azamax every 5-7 days so there hasn't been a population explosion, but I'm trying not to spray the buds, obviously. Anyone reading this have experience with grasshoppers??
