Yes, just a 4x4 here and grow mostly regs., so after gender expression, 2 small to medium cultivars live happily in a 5 gallon, roughly giving each 2.5 gallons.
Its really cool to do. I've copied this method and it's really fun and with reg seeds I'll prolly stick to this approach moving forward.
The up side for multipots is larger containers, and watering less often. I’m doing a Livers Bx in a 6 liter pot. I’ll be kicking myself soon, as she will require daily top offs .

She’s still alive @Waira , and I regret direct seeding into the KIS amended soil without a light mix plug. Burned most starts, but fortunately Livers Bx should power through it. Lesson learned. All plants from last round finished well except WD. She ended up in the compost heap, but the seven others provided well.
I don't think she's going to need much boosting, but when I grew her it was with RX Blend nutes. She show some sensitivity, so she's a fairly light feeder...

.... I sowed direct too, and should have put in that lighter loaded core in the final pot... I found these 24 and 32oz styro cups that are perfect for this job! I don't transplant unless I have too for the auto's, but starting them sometimes actually in the cup comes in handy when the tent is packed.
