Evening all,
Here we have a Big Buddha Blue Cheese Auto in a 15 litre DWC bucket, receiving 80l/min from an air pump.
It is now 14 weeks and 3 days old!! Seriously...!!
It was started under a 120w fluorescent then moved under a 300w LED.
Growth was slow initially for whatever reason but within the last 4 weeks it's exploded, drinking loads daily and branching out more and more. It's height is now 70cm and it's wingspan reaches 1m.
I've kept the ph around 5.5, temps around 25*c, humidity 50%. I've been using the advanced nutrients range with calmag and silicon.
its been on a 20/4 light cycle so far and is only showing one or two small white hairs on some of the more established nodes.
so far I've been unable to figure out how the hell this thing is taking so long to start flowering properly, so I opted to bring in old-faithful (600w HPS) and begin to transition in bloom nutrients.
ive heard of people getting sick of waiting for this kind of plant to produce the goods but I'm in way too deep now to give up!
Does anyone have any theories or suggestions to make this Big Buddha produce the cheddar?? (Apart from putting it on a 12/12 cycle as it's sharing the tent with some babies)
Any help appreciated....
