Hi all been a very long time since I was on here as I've been growing photos I kinda forgot about this place, anyways I have 7 plants in an 8 pot autopot system with 15ltr pots (3 failed to germinate hence only 7), my plants are healthy and flowering nicely they just seem slow to me. I use shogun samurai nutrients, bloom at 1 mil per ltr and shogun warrior pk 9/18 at 1mil per litre, shogun sumo boost active(biostimulant) 2ml per litre, advanced nutrients rhino skin at 2ml per (it's part of their ph perfect range so doesn't mess with ph). Under 2 phlizon 450w LEDs, all grown in canna terra pro soil, temps are between 17 and 26c. 3 plants are only between 5 and 6 weeks old (black valium auto) I started them later as they take less time to flower 8 weeks on the tin(think I f*cked up there time will tell) the other 4 are between week 7 and 8 with one of them looking well ahead in flower than the rest, could a trained eye on here have a guesstimate on how much longer these 4 have? I'm not a novice to growing but as I said it's been a few years since I grew autos, I may have waited too long to start bloom nutes as the younger plants are thriving on the same feed as the older plants (so there's something to think about).

If you tap the edit button, your message will appear in edit mode and you can change anything you like, and then save it. For example, this second sentence was added by tapping the edit button at the bottom of the message, and then tapping save when I finished typing.

And this was added after a second edit tap: Your plants look ok, don't worry about them being a bit slow, they will do their thing when ready. Finish times vary quite a bit even from Mephisto, and their estimates are about as good as they get. Most or all of my Meph girls have gone ~~ 80 days or so at 25C and 20/4 lighting.

Having said that, I am not familiar with your nute line. What EC/PPM are you feeding them? It is possible that you have a bit of lockout starting due to the autopot subirrigation. The two lighter colored girls are the ones I am looking at. I have been there with autopots more than once, and I no longer use them for salt nutes as a result. :pighug:

Tbh after I switched back from Coco (too many issues) to soil, I haven't bothered with using an EC pen and I haven't had a problem with the photos I was growing, had some decent harvests. I try to watch the plants these days which has worked for me so far, but I've never used the pk 9/18. It states on the bottle reduce base nutes to 25%.

So out of the 7 plants only 2 are pale they were pale pretty much all through veg so I think it was a lack of N issue. That's the thing with autopots they make growing simple, and with photos it is they just take too long. Autos are a little trickier imo.

The seeds are from Barney's farm not mephisto, I shoulda mentioned that.

Since you mentioned it I thought I'd dip my bluelab EC into 1.5ml per ltr of bloom and 1 mil per ltr of pk9/18 Into 50 ltrs of water comes in at 1.2ec I just added a little more bloom in this feed.... Also these are the nutes I'm using they're UK based so that'll be why you neve heard of them but so far I've had no complaints with my photos

Different strains vary a lot, as do breeder's estimates about behaviour. If the girls look healthy, I suggest not sweating too much about the speed.
I would just watch the plants, and if you see sign of mischief, flush with nute mix until runoff is within ~~300EC of input. Autopots tend to develop lockout mischief due to salt buildup, at least they did that consistently under my brown thumb. Every grow that I did with Autopots and salt nutes needed flushing, and the flushing process was a pain in the ass. I have given up on autopots except for soil grows of veggies in the summer. Others here have better results, but as far as I know, nobody using autopots and salt nutes escapes salt buildup and consequent problems at least once in a while. I find automated top watering to be a lot more consistent and controllable.

Ok so today is week 8 from seed, this one plant is rapidly yellowing on the bottom, buds are forming slowly. Most of the plant is green a few fan leaves up top a bit pale..... Googling the problem just has me scratching my head it could be a number of things 🤦🏿‍♂️ the other plants aren't this badly affected. Any ideas?

Yellowing of very bottom fan leaves is expected, particularly when they are well shaded.

Many growers would simply have long ago plucked those very bottom leaves not getting much light. But a few yellowing leaves still fully alive and storing nutrients and fluid but lacking in chlorophyll at the very bottom doesn't bother me. I'd pull/pluck them off only when that can be easily done (only slight tug needed) or the leaves start to dry and die.

Ok my plants are 59 days from seed and it seems the buds are doing nothing and the plants are pale is it worth doing a flush as I think I put too much pk9/18 too early and it's caused lockout it's the only thing I can think of that I've not used before.... Are they too far on to flush? technically they have 2 more weeks of flower and should be done.
