Here's the mazar at day 75, I think. I didn't know that the leaves would turn this color.

The last sbr is in the jars and it looks very good. Each jar has 21+gr and the one on top has 11.1gr. I expect at least 10% more lost during the first few days of burping so my guess is 125gr.

The mazar is at about day78 and has been on plain water since last Friday and got 1.5gal at 6.8ph today. My night temps are 65-67f and day 80-83f with 43-45%rh, this time next week she goes into the drying tent for a few days of total dark than chop. I have my new helper, Hanna, hard at work.
