New Grower BlackStar 240 + Auto Bubbelicious

I have made a few mistakes along the way with these gals but they have pushed on and matured quite nicely!
The one is way ahead of all the others with regards to bud development, the other three are lagging behind but starting to fill out.
As for smell, sometimes sweet, sometimes a rotten sweet and then just awesome weed smell!
It seems to change daily as they grow!
The only issue i am having is to know when to stop feeding nutes and start flushing with water...
I think they still have quite a way to go, at least a few more weeks!
The most mature one has some pistils starting to turn red.
I also decided to try some defoliation on these gals, i know it should not be done on autos but they are almost done.
Only the very large, hand sized fan leaves were removed that blocked light to the lower bud sites.
I tried tucking them out of the way but they just popped right back up!
They seem to be doing great and drinking a lot of water every day now so i think they survived!
Will update with some new pics on the weekend!

To start off i mounted the Ceramic Metal Halide in a reflector and it is now on the light mover.
The LED has been moved down to illuminate the lower buds on the best plant.
This is the main cola of my favourite lady!:drool:
This is another one that has very thin Sativa leaves, the phenos between the four ladies are quite different!
And this is how they are set up for now, all this will be changed for the next round!
So far only the one has developed trichromes, still waiting for the others to catch up!

Looking great:thumbs:Glad your starting to get back to good health:dance:. In reference to you wanting to know when to start the cleansing period.:smoke: It seems the majority rules on 10-14days of clean ph water.:check: Hope that helps and great kharma for the rest of your grow

Feeling better but my PH is still out of whack...
May take a while to normalize after what i went through.
How do they smell?
Sometimes sweet, sometimes pungent but mostly just that amazing fresh weed smell!!
Kind of like slightly burnt sugar is the closest i can think of...
My wife just says it smell like marijuana in the room!

Thinking of adding my second 400W Ceramic Metal Halide into the grow room!
Will most likely be picking up a portable air conditioner (2nd hand of course!) to cool the room down during the winter.
I know that sounds odd but with the furnace set at 20 degrees C the room gets pretty warm with the lights in there.
It was almost 30 degrees C in there the other morning!!
Now i have to open the basement window to cool the room down.
It is fine for now but when it gets really cold outside that will not be an option...
Ahhh the joys of growing!

Keeping it around 72 and no more drooping leaves from the heat.
Another perk is that i can turn down the exhaust fan to be just on.
