There is, if you mean "post videos already uploaded to a different server" like youtube....

You just have to copy the URL while on the other site

Then begin a post here on AFN

Then click the little button in the text edit tools that has a little icon of film

it will bring up a window with a text field

paste the URL in that field and hit okay or whatever

Done.

But if you mean "upload mini movies taken with my phone"
I don't think that is an option unless you host it somewhere else
and then post a link after.
