Ok, my thought is that we just won’t/don’t know. How do we know we’re not just describing things that are already in the bible? For example it says that Jesus ascended or rose to the heavens. Same with angels. The descrptions say they came from the sky so why not? It also describes people as being terrified when encountering angels. I mean, when most people think angels, they’re think of good, nice cute fluffy wings ect.......but that’s not at all the fitting with the reaction of people who have encountered them. Terrified is how a preacher once explained it to me. I don’t know, I’m not here to argue.........in fact. That’s it. I don’t want to get into trouble with any rule breaking so I’m out.Actually it does. It goes into more detail than that. The problem with just adding aliens is that it's going against the grain of the entire bible; the entire theme. Add to that you are making an argument from silence and it weakens even further.
A person could use anything to posit because it's not spelled out in the bible... "there could be a million planets made out of pepperoni pizza...because the bible doesn't say they aren't....." is that argument.
Anyway...just thought i'd point out that it does.
It’s still interesting though......thanks for the read.
